Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that explores hidden dynamics and unresolved traumas within our lives. During a session, participants work to identify and explore what is going on in one's field. Through this process, you'll gain insights into the dynamics within your systems, and how these may be impacting your own life.This process helps us remember that there is power in knowing where we come from, where we belong, and where we want to go.
Also known as Systemic Constellations, this workshop can provide clarity and understanding about past experiences and patterns of behavior, allowing participants to break free from negative cycles and move towards more fulfilling relationships and life goals. By addressing these underlying issues, one can experience a greater sense of peace, purpose, and fulfillment in their life. This workshop offers a unique and powerful approach, one that can provide profound healing and growth for those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and what is holding them back.
Instructor Bio:
Randy Goldberg, LMT, is a graduate of the DC Hellinger Institute and completed advanced studies in Family Constellations with Heinz Stark of Germany. A former yoga monk and craniosacral therapist, he is also an internationally recognized Western and Vedic astrologer who has been interviewed by The Washington Post, NPR, and CNN. He has facilitated Family Constellations workshops for over 20 years, including monthly workshops at the Teal Center in Arlington, Virginia for 12 years.
