About This Event
Join artist Kelsey to learn the basics of polymer clay art! In this class participants will be guided step-by-step in the creation of their very own creature charms. They will learn beginner clay making techniques such as conditioning, cane making, cutting and baking, all while discussing the importance of using your hands to make art. All materials are included for two charms per student-just bring yourself and your imagination.
Instructor Bio:
Kelsey Hill is a mixed media artist who enjoys sharing what she has learned about materials, techniques, and processes with others. Kelsey has been working with clay since she was 6 years old and wanted to make pretend food for her stuffed animals. She loves working with all ages, especially children, and believes everyone is an artist, no matter their experience.
