About This Event
When we can is a 6-week healing centered group designed for caregivers, educators, and service leaders who carry so much and rarely have space to pause. Through mindfulness, journaling, and relational practices, participants will create a soft place to lan, reconnect with self, reflect with others and gently restore. Each week includes grounding practices, circle-based reflection, and guided journaling all centered around care, connection and sustainable support. Each week will have new topics and discussions. Join us for one or for all!

Instructor Bio:
Chelsie Moak is the founder of The Selah Collective and an MSW intern with a background in educational leadership, caregiving, and restorative practices. She supports those in service roles through trama informed coaching, therapy, and restorative groups. Chelsie brings a warm, relational approach to healing, rooted in the belief that caregivers deserve spaces of restoration too.
