About This Event
On November 21st, Sojourner House will host our 15th and final Masquerade Ball at the Graduate Hotel in Providence. This year, we’re honoring the birthplace of the masquerade with the romantic theme, Venetian Twilight.
We’ll transform the grand ballroom into a renaissance palace and invite more than 400 guests to enjoy artistic performances, classical music, and shimmering cocktails; and to dance beneath the stars.
During the ball, Sojourner House will sponsor a Venetian-themed cake competition and challenge the city’s best bakeries to create the top voted confectionery masterpiece. And of course, once our “celebrity” judges cast their votes, guests will be invited to sample and savor the entries!
The $200,000 we aim to raise from the event will help us continue to guide victims of abuse through the darkness of the night and onto paths of safety and healing.
