CONFERENCE OVERVIEW AND TARGET AUDIENCE
The theme for 2nd Annual Virtual Conference is Adapt, Adpot and Abandon: From the Bedside to the Boardroom. This conference is designed for registered nurses, advanced practice nurses, nurse educators, nurse executives/leaders, nursing faculty and nursing students. The conference will focus on important practical leadership challenges faced by health care professionals. A unique educational design that combines presentation of most relevant business and leadership topics that will be delivered through didactic lectures and dedicated discussions which will contribute to an academically sound and relevant review of topics.
The lectures will be provided by experts in their field. The faculty consist of registered nurses, nurse practitioners and leaders in active practice. This will give the participants the opportunity to network with professionals and like-minded people to develop leadership skills needed to improve their practice.
The cultural event will start at 17:30 and will showcase "Celebrating Superheroes", a theme that will incorporate various recognitions. Awards ceremony and scholarship ceremony will be conducted as well as our fundraising sponsor "Masquerade" will be promoted for online shopping experience.

Upon completion of the activity, participants should be able to:

This CNE activity is being jointly provided by the National Association of Indian Nurses of America (NAINA) collaboratively with the San Antonio Indian Nurses Association (SAINA).
