Can you believe it has been nearly 50 years since you received your Salesian High School Diploma back in June of 1968? Well, now it is time to go down memory lane with some of your classmates and teachers. The administration, faculty, and the graduates of the Class of 2018 would like you and your family to be their guests at the Commencement Exercises of the Class of 2018 on Saturday, June 2, 2018.
We will meet and renew old acquaintances at 10:00 a.m. in the Student Lobby of Salesian High School. At 10:30 a.m., we will begin to line up as a class at Flaherty Hall (the “old” gym). The Class of 1968 will lead the Class of 2018 into the Wiegand Athletic Center and take their places.
Along with the awarding of diplomas to our young men of Salesian, there will be a special presentation of a Golden Jubilee Diploma to you, as a member of the Class of 1968. Following the Commencement Exercise, you and your guests are invited to a special luncheon (Gratis) with your teachers and other invited dignitaries. A group picture for the Yearbook will be taken at that time.
I hope that you will be able to honor us with your presence. As you are well aware, a 50th reunion is something very special. We are sure that it will be a very memorable experience for you. You may register at our website (www.salesianhigh.org) by clicking on to the ALUMNI LINK and find the button to the Class of 1968 Reunion. There you will be able to register and see who else is coming. You may also register by filling out the enclosed form and mailing it back to me at Salesian. Don’t wait! Register as early as possible so that we can have your Golden Diploma ready for the celebration.
