My name is Jacob Hauk and I am a senior at Loyola Blakefield High School in Towson, MD. I was born and raised an Army brat to my father, Colonel Keith Hauk, who served for over 29 years after graduating from West Point in 1986 alongside Colonel John "Johnny Mac" McHugh.

Like many children of service members, my upbringing has been founded on the pillars of leadership, dedication, service, and responsibility – all things that John McHugh lived for and embodied.

My Jesuit high school experience at Loyola Blakefield calls us to a life of service to others. This call inspires me to give back to other students and dedicate myself to supporting Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund throughout my high school senior year – to help countless other military brats like me, but especially children whose parents paid the ultimate sacrifice for you and me.

Help us meet our $10,000 fundraising goal!

Thanks for your support for the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund mission and my capstone project.
