Please join our second annual PSMC5 Foundation Wifflefest Fundraiser for a fun day of wiffle ball and music, all for a great cause.
The days events will include a double elimination Wiffleball tournament, home run derby and wiffle pitch competitions, a video game truck, carnival games including a dunk tank, fabulous local food trucks and more...
It is beautiful event with activities for the whole family.
All registered teams will play at least two games, and the winning teams will get their names etched in the Winchester Wiffle Trophy. Sign up today and be part of the fun!

Where: Robert J. Nutile Field, Winchester, MA 01890
When: September 30, 2023 (Rain Date: October 1st) from 10am - 7pm
How: Come with your team or join a team at the event to participate.

All event proceeds go to support rare disease research sponsored by the PSMC5 Foundation. All proceeds (100%) from last year's event were donated to the Cambridge Institute for Medical Research to advance identification of potential treatment options for Ollie and Yoni

Rules of Play
TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE
The tournament will follow a double-elimination structure. All teams will play at least two games.
ROSTERS
Consist of between 4 and 8 players. A maximum of six can play in the field at any time.
PLAYING FIELD
Bases 40’ apart. Pitchers rubber 30’ from home plate. Outfield fence is 100’
There will be an object strike zone placed behind home plate to represent a strike zone
EQUIPMENT
Will use official wiffle ball and bats, and the tournament will provide them. No gloves allowed
UMPIRES
Tournament will provide volunteer umpires
GAMEPLAY
Games are 4 innings, and no inning will start after 45 minutes has passed
3 balls are a walk, and 2 strikes are a strikeout (can’t strike out on a foul)
PITCHING
In the Youth and Minors division, it is “pitch to hit” and the batter can ask pitchers to slow it down. In the Majors division, there is no restriction.
RUNNING
Runners can leave the base once the ball is hit. No ghost runners. No leading or stealing
PEGGING
Fielders can throw the ball at a runner to record an out. If the runner is hit above the neck, the runner is safe.
SCOREKEEPING
Team should announce the score at the end of each half inning
Score sheets will be provided to each team
About the PSMC5 Foundation
The PSMC5 foundation was created to advance research and treatment options for Ollie Myers and Yoni Silverman who share a rare disease impacting their proteasome, a critical cellular component. All funds raised will be donated to research underway at Cambridge Univerity, Institute of Medical Research.
