This form is for Vendors, non-profits, sponsors, donors, and advertisers only. Powwow attendees are free with a recommended donation of $5 per person or $10 per family at the entrance to Powwow Day.

Our hope is to have a safe and enjoyable celebration as we treat one another with the respect they deserve by observing the protocols.

  1. Multiple registrations for the same company will not be processed.
  2. Please bring adequate weights to secure your canopy,Vendor sites will be located on the parking lot .
  3. EACH VENDOR IS ASKED TO DONATE ONE ITEM FOR THE EVENT BLIND AUCTION
    1. We will collect this item on Saturday morning, prior to Grand Entry.
  4. MERCHANDISE SOLD AS AMERICAN INDIAN, NATIVE AMERICAN, INDIGENOUS, OR AS A SPECIFIC TRIBAL ASSOCIATION MUST ADHERE TO THE GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY THE INDIAN ARTS & CRAFTS ACT.
  5. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
  6. Merchandise sold at this event must be pre-approved and you may be asked to remove certain items if determined to be inappropriate by our committee.
  7. Food booths are required to provide two large trash cans outside their booth and be responsible for cleanup in and around your booth.
  8. Food vendors must provide a current copy of their health certification.
  9. Booth set-up is required to be completed by Saturday at 9:00am. Vendors may begin setting up Friday evening.
  10. If you bring a pet, it must not roam and must be kept under your supervision and on a leash at all times. You must clean up after your pet. Aggressive behavior may require removal from the event site.
  11. All vendors will be assigned a space at time of arrival. Please do not set up before checking with event organizers.

  12. There is a ZERO Drug and Alcohol Tolerance at this event! This also means that anyone determined to be under the influence will not be allowed within the PowWow premises
  13. The PowWow organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen articles or vehicles.
  14. This is a rain or shine event. All participants are advised to come prepared for any weather conditions that may arise.
  15. The location of this event is the Pottstown Riverfront Park located west of Montgomery County Community College West Campus on College Drive near the confluence of Manatawny Creek and the Schuylkill River with its array of plant and fauna to discover.

  • The Schuylkill River Trail, (a partially completed trail along the Schuylkill River that is ultimately planned to run about 140 miles from the river's headwaters in Schuylkill County to Fort Mifflin in Philadelphia)
