Rajun Cajun - Cash Saver Gumbo Cook-Off Registration
Porter-Leath celebrates the 31st year of the Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival presented by Valero on Sunday, April 21st and no crawfish festival would be complete without a little competition!
The Cash Saver Gumbo Cookoff is set on Riverside Drive with a perfect view of the Mighty Mississippi. Gather your secret recipe and ingredients to cook on-site with your crew! Winners receive cash prizes, the coveted iron skillet and a year-long of bragging rights.
Team Registration includes 5 badges: 1 for the Head Cook and 4 for assistant cooks and an 8' table. Winning teams will be announced at the Main Stage following judging. All proceeds from Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival support educational programs for over 40,000 Porter-Leath children and families.
