2025 Cone Health Women's Heart Community Event

We’re thrilled to host the 4th Annual Cone Health Women’s Heart Community Event—a day dedicated to empowering women to take control of their heart health.

At Cone Health, we know the importance of heart health for the women in our community. Cardiovascular disease kills more women than all forms of cancer combined, yet only 44% of women recognize it as their greatest health threat. This event is designed to close that gap and provide women of all ages with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to take charge of their heart health.

Event Highlights

• Keynote Presentation:
  Dr. Ijeoma Isiadinso, a Board-Certified Cardiologist and Medical Director of Emory’s Preventive Cardiology Program, will deliver an inspiring talk on “Cardiovascular Disease Prevention for Women.”

• Empowering Lectures and Workshops on:

  • Sleep, Stress, and Heart Health
  • Heart Health during Menopause
  • Understanding Your Heart Rate and Rhythm
  • Calcium Scoring: What It Is and Why It Matters
  • Nutrition Tips and Tricks for Heart Health

• Free Health Screenings:
  Attendees can take advantage of screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, peripheral artery disease, breast cancer, and more—all at no cost. Appointments are appreciated for breast cancer screening. Please call 336-832-0849 to schedule an appointment.

• Interactive Wellness Expo:
  Enjoy exercise classes, connect with heart and vascular specialists, consult with pharmacists, and explore resources from community partners focused on all aspects of women’s health.
