Our summer camp is geared for children between the ages of 7-12 looking to give back to animals in need while learning to be the best furry companion they can be.

At camp, young animal lovers will:

• Learn special skills through our camp workshops (pet CPR, animal careers, pet home ec, behavioral training, etc)
• Learn about animal care
• Hear from guest speakers in the animal world using video conferencing and in person workshops
• Meet many of the BVSPCA’s adoptable pets
• Engage in creative and educational activities
• Participate in team-building workshops
• Each camp session runs from 9am to 3pm with an aftercare option available during summer programs only.

And don't forget to check out our Parents' Night Out! Drop your kiddo off at our shelter for a furr-tastic time, while you take some time for yourself. 

NEW THIS YEAR at our West Chester Campus! 
For the first time, we are offering a four-day bootcamp for kids ages 13 - 15 years old. This camp will focus on a deeper dive into animal behavior, shelter operations, and animal welfare and care as a whole. Campers will leave camp with having completed the initial trainings our volunteers need to handle animals, and will be able to jump right into volunteering on their own.
Please note this is a 4 day camp. There is no camp on Friday, July 4th.
