About This Event

About the Event
The Pecan Harvest Celebration is more than a gala—it is a gathering rooted in resilience, memory, and survival. This December marks the10th Annual Pecan Harvest, a milestone celebration. As pecans once again anchor our table, we invite you to stand with American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions (AIT-SCM).

We are the second largest Indian center in Texas and the only Native-led organization of our kind in San Antonio. Every dollar raised keeps our doors open and our programs alive—ensuring Native people and the greater BIPOC community can access healing, economic opportunity, cultural preservation, and youth leadership.

This year, Pecan Harvest carries an urgent charge. In the face of significant funding losses, AIT-SCM has launched a campaign to raise $250,000 by December 31, 2025. Your sponsorship is not just support for a single evening—it is an investment in survival, sovereignty, and future generations.

We will also honor an individual with the Mission Heritage Award, recognizing those who embody a deep and enduring commitment to community.
