Early Bird Pricing Until 10/27: For $20, your admission ticket includes a fall-themed dinner from our amazing culinary team, Urban Phoenix. Admission tickets without food are just $10 per person. All tickets include access to activities.
Regular Pricing: Ticket prices go up to $25 for admission and food and $15 for just admission after Early Bird Pricing ends!
Food Vouchers: Food vouchers will NOT be sold day of the event. Please get your food voucher in advance if you plan on eating Urban Phoenix's delicious meal! This allows our culinary team to prepare enough food for the event.
Concessions: Drinks, cotton candy, and popcorn will be available for purchase from our concession stand with cash or card.
2 Years and Under: Our littlest guests ages 2 and under get in for free! There's no need to purchase a ticket.
It is highly recommended you take advantage of Early Bird pricing and prepay for your admission tickets! These will be distributed ahead of the event to save you time in line.

Item Donations: Pumpkins, cake, bingo prizes oh my! You can help us make this event a success by donating an uncarved pumpkin, store-bought cake, or bingo prize.
Volunteer: We are eager to have a group of parents help with everything from decorations, concession sales, logistics, activities, marketing, and more! Volunteering always lends itself to forming wonderful parent relationships and we are excited for you to meet new parents through this experience. Click here for day of volunteer opportunities.
Silent Auction: For the first time, we are combining our annual silent auction with Fall Kickoff! Items will be available to browse on the back field. Bidding will be done virtually. You can use your phone to place bids and keep track of items. Get your holiday shopping done, and don't miss out on those Teacher Treasures that you'll be able to use until the end of the school year in May! Check out the items and place bids here! Bidding ends on Saturday, November 8th at 8 PM.
Supervision: Kids are not allowed to attend without adult supervision. Please ensure your students/siblings/friends are attending with an adult.
Weather: In the event of inclement weather, tickets are nonrefundable.
Menu: Your food ticket will get you a plate of Urban Phoenix's delicious fall spread including chicken and dumplings, vegan chili (DF and GF), chicken fingers and fries, mac and cheese, harvest salad (DF and GF), and a pumpkin spice cookie.
