Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the 53rd Annual St. Benedict German Festival! This fundraising event will be held on Saturday, April 25th and is known for its delicious German sausages, food, baked goods, arts & crafts vendors, entertainment, a 5k raven run and more!

German Fest hours will be from 9am until 6pm at our campus located at 12786 Illinois Street in Elberta, Alabama 36530 (turn south at the Dollar General).

All vendors are asked to participate in the entire festival. All fees are nonrefundable as they are used to promote the festival. No tents or power are provided. Set up may begin at 7am the morning of the festival, if you need more time to set up, please let us know. Tents and power are not provided by SBCS. We will have spaces marked for each vendor; a site map will be sent by email the week of the festival with vendor spaces marked.
