An additional $28,745.00 in in-kind support helped make this tournament possible.

Participation Requirements: Minors 8 - 17 are welcome to play. All participants (and a parent/legal guardian for minors) must sign a liability waiver at the registration table before playing their first game. Additionally, a parent or guardian must remain on-site at all times while the minor is participating. Unsupervised minors will be unable to participate.

In the event of inclement weather, our tournament will be rescheduled on December 5 - 7. Since this is a charitable event, we cannot refund player fees if they cannot attend the rescheduled date. However, your registration will become a charitable donation and you will be provided a tax-deductible donation receipt and sincere gratitude for your generosity and understanding.

The tournament organizers, at their discretion, reserves the right to make adjustments to tournament rules, format, or other details as needed, and to cancel the tournament if necessary. Should adjustments be necessary, we will make every reasonable effort to contact all impacted participants as soon as possible using the email address provided on their registration.
