The registration deadline for a guaranteed Pawtoberfest T-shirt is August 12th! You must use your sponsor or vendor tickets before August 12th to guarantee a festival t-shirt.

To take full advantage of your sponsorship benefits, please have items submitted by the following deadlines:

  • 6/4 - Logo for event invitation (Presenting & Better Together Sponsors)
  • 7/6 - Logo on event posters (Presenting, Better Together, Brews & Spirits, & Festival Sponsors)
  • 7/13 - Logo for Wristband Specialty Sponsorship
  • 8/3 - Logo (or name) for event t-shirt (Presenting, Better Together, Brews & Spirits, & Festival Sponsors)
  • 8/10 - Logo for Specialty Sponsorships (Volunteers, VIP Tent, Portable Toilets, Fences, Festival Security, & Safe Rides
  • 6/9 - 9/1 - Logo (or name) for pre-event blast(s) (Presenting, Better Together, Brews & Spirits, & Festival Sponsors)

The Vendor Loading Zone will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. Between 9:45 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. vendors will need to walk in booth materials from the nearby parking lot. Tents and booths must be set up by 10:50 a.m. in time for the Vendor meeting. 

Please note, Pawtoberfest happens wind, rain, or shine! Electricity is NOT provided. You may bring a quiet generator, but it must not disturb guests or fellow participants. Generators must be pre-approved.

Staff working at the booth are included to attend in your Vendor Booth or Sponsorship package, you do not need to purchase tickets for staff. If staff would like to participate in festival tasting festivities, then they will need to purchase a "Barks & Brews" ticket (if not already included in the sponsorship package selected). Please note that four (4) "Just the Kibble" tickets are included for all vendors and sponsor levels for staff working their both. Additional "Just the Kibble" tickets can be purchased at a $5 off discount after booth purchase.

All vendors and sponsors who have a booth space must provide a certificate of liability insurance with Printers Hill (101 S Union Blvd, 80910) and Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (610 Abbot Ln, 80905) added as certificate holders. Vendors selling taxable items must provide a copy of their sales tax license and are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable sales taxes. Email certificate of liability insurance and sales tax license to cgammon@hsppr.org by September 1.

Non-profit discount ($100 off) is available for registered 501c-3 organizations, please ask for the discount code.
