Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education presents the 2025 Snider NHL Playoff Fantasy Draft!

On Monday, April 21, hockey aficionados will come together to assemble their "Ultimate NHL Dream Team" from eligible Stanley Cup playoff players at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia in support of Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education. Compete against notable Philadelphia Flyers Alumni with special guest host Steve Coates!

EVENT TIMELINE:

• 5:00PM | Doors Open, Cocktail Hour & Mingle with Flyers Alum
• 6:00 PM | Live Fantasy Drafting Begins
• 8:30 PM* | Draft Concludes & Viewing of First Round of NHL Playoffs + Optional Bowling!
• 10:00PM | Bar Closes / Event Conclusion 
• *Timing may vary based on overall speed of team drafting

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE:

• 18 teams in total. Minimum number of players on a team is three (3); maximum is six (6)
   
• Before the eight-round draft begins, you will draw a number to determine your position in the Draft and your team will then be instructed to sit at your assigned draft table.
   
• At your draft table you’ll find:
  • Player statistics from Stanley Cup-bound NHL teams
  • Player grid sheets - to keep record of which players have already been drafted
  • Five-part team draft form to record your drafts picks
  • Official Draft rules
     
• The procedure for the eight-round draft is as follows:
  •  For the first round of the Draft, the team with the first draft position makes the first overall selection; the team with the second draft position makes the next selection.
    • The first round continues until the last team has made its first-round draft selection.
  • For the next round of the Draft, teams will pick in reverse order and this procedure continues until eight rounds of the draft are completed.
     

OFFICIAL FANTASY DRAFT SCORING:

• Post-Event: During the playoffs, at the end of each round, you will receive a report from Snider's Data & Evaluation Team on the status of your team based on the unique Fantasy Draft scoring system.

• At the end of the playoffs, the team whose players amassed the most points is the overall Snider NHL Playoff Fantasy Draft winner and will be declared the Fantasy Hockey Champion and winner of the coveted Fantasy Draft Cup.

PRIZES:

• 1st Place: Night out in the Snider Suite (16 tickets + 4 VIP parking) for a mutually agreed upon Flyers home game in the '25-26 season
   
• 2nd Place: One (1) official autographed Flyers puck for every member of the Fantasy Draft team; Team Captain will receive an autographed Flyers jersey
   
• 3rd Place: $25 Snider Store gift credit for every member of the Fantasy Draft team; Team Captain will receive a $50 credit
