At Neighborhood House, we believe no parent or caregiver should have to choose between going to work and knowing their loved ones are safe. That’s why we offer childcare and adult day services on a sliding fee scale. But even with families paying what they can, there’s still a gap between what care truly costs and what they can afford.
Your support closes that gap!
$10,000 covers a full month of adult day services for 5 clients, ensuring dignity, safety, and compassionate care.
$5,000 sustains a full month of children’s services for 6 children, giving working families the stability they need.
$2,500 provides more than 830 nutritious meals, fueling both children and adults with dignity and care.
$1,000 covers one full week of Neighborhood House services for 2 adults or 4 children.

The mission of Neighborhood House is to enrich, empower, and educate children and adults through quality, affordable preschool programs, day care services, and comprehensive support services.

Our Values
Built on a foundation of mutual respect, Neighborhood House uses accountability and accessibility to support a commitment to excellence, so that our house can be filled with compassion and kindness. Neighborhood House has a long legacy of nurturing and educating children and helping families with aging and disabled adults.
Neighborhood House offers nationally accredited toddler, preschool, afterschool, and summer programs for children age 15 months to 12 years old. On the other end of the spectrum, we provide day care and support services for adults who need supervised care during the day, allowing more adults in our community to age in place.
All services are provided on a sliding fee scale, ensuring they are available to the families who need them most. Since 1894, Neighborhood House has been committed to helping hard-working, low-income families maintain stable employment and achieve self-sufficiency by having access to quality, affordable care for their loved ones
