Registration has ended

About This Event

Saturday, October 25
10:00 am - 11:30 am

Rushton Conservation Center

Spend your morning at Rushton Preserve learning to craft fire cider, a traditional folk remedy for immune support. This workshop will be led by Rabia, a Clinical Herbalist, and will go through the history of fire cider and how it can help support the body through cough, congestion, colds & flus. We'll discuss the medicinal properties of each ingredient, and you'll have the chance to create your own fire cider to take home with you.

All materials will be provided, but we recommend you bring something to take notes with as there will be plenty of information shared and time provided at the end for Q&A.
