About This Event
The Bristol Bay Foundation (BBF) is hosting our annual fall raffle to raise funds for our scholarship programs and mission. We will be kicking off ticket sales starting Saturday, August 8, 2026. The drawing will be held at the BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Naknek on October 3, 2026.
This fundraising activity benefits the Bristol Bay Foundation, whose mission is to provide higher education and vocational training scholarships to Bristol Bay Native Corporation shareholders and descendants, as well as provide support for cultural heritage activities in the Bristol Bay Region.
Each year, Bristol Bay Foundation supports more than 250 students to pursue their educational and vocational training goals. Graduates now serve as lawyers, doctors, teachers, scientists and in a wide range of careers that serve the Bristol Bay region. In addition, the Foundation provides grant funds to Bristol Bay communities to preserve cultural heritage, language, and practices through activities like cultural camps and school-based programs.
The Fall Raffle will feature five prize packages featuring airline tickets, and subsistence supplies as part of our “Ada” theme; it translates to – Care, love and kindness. Care for your family, feed your people.
The raffle is open to any participant, except BBF employees, BBF board members and their immediate families.
