Held at the Lucas Estate, the evening brings together more than 400 business leaders, civic influencers, philanthropists, and community champions for a night of celebration, connection, and inspiration. The Indiana Icons Gala is an evening that recognizes not only professional achievement, but the kind of character, vision, and generosity that defines true leadership. This year's inductees into the Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame represent the very best of what Indiana business can produce. Selected by a distinguished panel of community leaders, each honoree has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to excellence, innovation, and the betterment of Central Indiana. Their legacies extend far beyond balance sheets and boardrooms — they are mentors, builders, philanthropists, and champions of the next generation.
The proceeds from the Indiana Icons Gala directly fund Junior Achievement of Central Indiana's programs, which reach tens of thousands of students across the region each year. Through hands-on, experiential learning in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness, JA empowers young people with the knowledge and confidence to own their economic futures. Every ticket purchased, every table reserved, every sponsorship secured puts a student one step closer to that future. The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6:00pm, followed by a seated dinner and the Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Attire is black tie optional.
