About This Event
On behalf of Directions in Independent Living, INC., a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering veterans and individuals with disabilities through accessible programs, essential resources, and community support. Our organization works every day to ensure that those who have served our country-and those navigating life with disabilities- have the tools, dignity, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Each year we serve 400 veterans at 210 events. Through services such as Coffee hour, Ice Cream Social, Fishing, Golf, and Family Game Night, we aim to break down barriers and create pathways to independence and wellness.
This year, we are inviting valued community partners to join us as a sponsorship partner for our Annual Cattaraugus County Dwyer Veteran Program Charity Gala at Holiday Valley in Ellicottville, NY on April 18, 2026. Your support will have direct impact on the lives of veterans and individuals with disabilities who depend on our services. Sponsorship contributions help fund critical programs, expand outreach, and ensure that no one is turned away due to financial limitations.
