Instructor Lindsay Weglarz

Lindsay Weglarz is a local LCSW and longtime improviser with a passion for helping young people build confidence, creativity, and emotional resilience. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and has over 20 years of experience working with children and teens as both a nanny and mental health professional. She currently works full-time at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital as a social worker in the emergency department, and can be seen performing on Saturdays at the Last Best Comedy theater.

For the past 15 years, Lindsay has performed improv and has combined improvisation with mindfulness practices in therapeutic settings, including leading mindfulness groups for adolescents in residential mental health treatment centers. Her workshops create a fun, supportive environment where participants can practice being present, take healthy risks, connect with others, and discover that mistakes can be opportunities for growth.
