Join the Area Agency on Aging of Broward County and the Broward County Dementia Care & Cure Initiative Task Force as we host a one-day conference for caregivers of those with Alzheimer's disease & related dementia. This conference is relevant for both individuals caring for a loved one and professional caregivers.
