Vendor Fees & Information

How to Apply for a Booth

All those interested in being a Mountain Harvest Festival Vendor must complete and submit the application below. This includes returning vendors. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. 

**All vendors MUST obtain and show proof of a Special Event Tax License from the Colorado Dept of Revenue in order to vend. Failure to do so means you may not participate in vending and you will forfeit any fees paid.**  https://tax.colorado.gov/special-event-license

 

Vendor Selection

All products sold MUST be hand made and created by the vendor. Reselling of imported or mass-produced goods and products is not allowed at Mountain Harvest Festival.

Entries will be evaluated by the vendor selection staff to ensure that the festival maintains the desired quality. You will receive a link to upload photos in your receipt. These are for us to evaluate products as well as use in marketing. 

-Please upload photos promptly so that we can accurately assess your application. 

-Please ensure that your photo entries accurately depict your creations. 

-All new vendors need to upload photos.

Returning vendors can choose whether or not to upload photos. If you do not upload new photos, your products will not be highlighted in our marketing. 

Space requests are not guaranteed. If you would like a specific booth space, there is a $25 booth selection fee. You may also note if there are other vendors that you would like to be neighbors with.

*Event staff reserves the right to make the final determination on your business or organization's vendor category.​

 

Vendor Payments

Vendors are required to pay all fees at the time of registration. In the event that you are not accepted, you will be refunded, in full, no more than 7 days after your acceptance is denied. If payment is not received at the time of application, it will be assumed that the application is invalid unless other arrangements have been made with NFVCC. 

After 8/1/2025, all fees are increased by $25 per booth space

Our fees fund the North Fork Valley Creative Coalition’s efforts to present Mountain Harvest Festival in its entirety.

Commercial Food | $325

Non-Profit (Sunday ONLY) | $50

Farmers Market (Sunday ONLY) | $50

Commercial Business (Sunday ONLY) | $175

**Commercial Business Sponsorships are available in order to vend both days - please reach out to director@northforkcreative.org

 

Discounts: 

Only one discount can be used per vendor application.

  • Active NFVCC Members get $50 off for Arts, Crafts, Handmade, Cottage Foods, Commercial Foods, or Commercial Business Booths. Member discount codes are sent to active NFVCC members in their regular update emails.
  • Active NFVCC or VOGA Members get $25 off Farmers Market Booths. This discount code will be provided to members from NFVCC or VOGA. 
  • Local North Fork Valley Vendors with addresses in the 81428, 81415, and 81419 zipcodes, use code LOCAL2026 for $25 off for all Booths.
