1. Raffle Sponsor: The 2026 Jeep Wrangler Raffle is conducted by the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation (JBMF), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mailing address of PO Box 8497, Canton, Ohio 44711. The raffle is made possible through a partnership with Daystar Auto, located at 7157 Alliance Rd NW, Malvern, Ohio 44644. Proceeds benefit the Foundation's mission of providing short-term financial assistance to Ohio families impacted by breast cancer.

2. Eligibility: 

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of ticket purchase.
• Members of the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation Board of Directors are not eligible to purchase tickets or win the prize.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Ticket Sales and Entry: 

• Raffle tickets are $100 each. Every ticket purchased represents one entry into the grand prize drawing.
• Participants may purchase multiple tickets, with each valid ticket providing an additional chance to win.
• Online ticket sales are scheduled to begin November 1, 2026, and close February 26, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, subject to applicable legal and payment-processing approvals.
• Final tickets will be available for purchase in person at the 2027 Wind Chime Ball on Saturday, February 27, 2027, until ticket sales officially close before the drawing.
• All ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Raffle tickets do not include admission to the Wind Chime Ball and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
• Participants must provide accurate contact information at the time of purchase. Each valid entry will receive an assigned ticket number.

4. Grand Prize

One grand prize will be awarded:

• One brand-new 2026 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door Willys 4x4, featuring a Tuscadero Pearlcoat exterior.
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): 1C4PJXDN0TW328661
• The vehicle is provided through the Foundation's partnership with Daystar Auto.
• Daystar Auto will cover the vehicle's applicable sales tax, title and agreed-upon dealership fees associated with the initial transfer of ownership.
• Vehicle Substitution or Cash Alternative: At the dealership's sole discretion, and only by mutual agreement between Daystar Auto and the verified winner, an alternative vehicle color or cash alternative may be offered in place of the advertised vehicle. Any such alternative is subject to availability, dealership approval and completion of required documentation. No substitution or cash alternative is guaranteed, and the winner has no automatic right to request or receive one.
• The prize is otherwise nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. Grand Prize Drawing: The winning ticket will be selected through a random drawing conducted in person during the 2027 Wind Chime Ball on Saturday, February 27, 2027, at La Pizzaria in Canton, Ohio. All eligible tickets will have an equal opportunity to win. The drawing will be conducted in accordance with applicable Ohio raffle requirements.

The winner does not need to be present to win. The selected ticket is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

• The winning ticket number will be announced during the Wind Chime Ball.
• If the winner is not present, the Foundation will attempt to contact the winner using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
• The selected winner must respond to the Foundation, verify eligibility and complete all required prize-claim documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days following the drawing.
• If the selected winner fails to respond or complete the required documentation within this period, or is determined to be ineligible, the Foundation reserves the right to disqualify that individual and select an alternate winner through a new drawing conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding promptly to winner notifications.

7. Vehicle Pickup and Transfer

The verified winner must complete all required paperwork and take possession of the vehicle in person at:

• The winner must present valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation required by the dealership or applicable law, including proof of insurance where required.
• The winner must be 18 years or older 
• The winner is responsible for arranging transportation to the dealership and any expenses associated with traveling to claim the prize.
• The vehicle will be released after all required documentation, tax reporting and applicable withholding obligations have been satisfied.

8. Taxes and Financial Responsibilities: Daystar Auto will cover the applicable vehicle sales tax, title and agreed-upon dealership fees associated with the initial vehicle transfer.

The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state and local personal income taxes arising from receipt of the prize, including any required withholding, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. The Foundation and Daystar Auto will comply with applicable tax-reporting and withholding requirements.

9. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid raffle tickets sold. Each eligible ticket represents one chance to win.

10. Publicity and Photography: The Foundation may announce the winner's name and hometown in connection with the raffle results.

By attending the Wind Chime Ball in person, the winner consents to being photographed and/or recorded and grants the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation and Daystar permission to use their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes, Postponement or Cancellation: The Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the raffle from being conducted as planned. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue closures, technical failures, fraud or other events that materially affect the fairness, integrity or operation of the raffle. In the event of a postponement, the Foundation will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket purchasers and announce a revised drawing date. If cancellation becomes necessary, the Foundation will determine and communicate an appropriate resolution for ticket purchasers in accordance with applicable law, including refunds when required. The Foundation reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these Official Rules as necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the integrity of the raffle.

12. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation regarding raffle administration and verification, subject to applicable law. The Foundation is not responsible for inaccurate contact information provided by participants or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that delay winner notification. The vehicle will be provided with any applicable manufacturer's warranty. Neither the Foundation nor Daystar makes additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer or required by law. Only one grand prize will be awarded. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

13. Official Results: The winning ticket will be announced during the 2027 Wind Chime Ball. Following verification, the Foundation may publish the winner's name through its official website and social media channels.
