Saturday March 7th, 2026 - Every Move Makes a Difference!
Get ready to get your Move on in this Fantastic Fundraising Event to help support our Community and YMCA families and programs. This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year! It is open to ALL! Members, non-members, employees, board members and the community are all invited, everyone pays the same fee! One fee for an entire day of fun!
7:30am:
Yoga:– Vinyasa-style practice linking breath with continuous movement, building strength, flexibility and heat through flowing sequences. We will have chair and mat options for those that are unable to get on the floor.
Cycle: – Take a mental journey through an invigorating cycle class
Triathlon:– Super Sprint: 500yd swim, 10-mile bike, 1.5-mile run (great for all ages)
Sprint: 1000yd swim, 20-mile bike, 3-mile run (Aquatics will run)
9:00am:
LesMills MegaMix: Come join the collage of LesMills formats Pump/Grit/Attack/Combat/Balance in this fantastic event where the instructors will give you a snip-it of each format in a fun quick 15minutes cycle. Not sure which format you like, what a great way to tryout each one and see what fits you the best.
Line Dancing: Bring your Boots and Hat for this fun Root’n, Toot’n dancing party of everything country, hip hopping music flowing extravaganza!
Pickleball Tourney: Fast, fun, and competitive! Battle it out in an elimination-style pickleball tournament. Win and advance until only one team takes the crown. Bring your own partner or get matched up.This will run from 9:00am – 12:00pm
10:30am:
Cycle: Get Ready to sweat to the rhythm in this high-intensity, low-impact cycling experience. You will be guided through a mix of fast-paced sprints, heavy resistance climbs, and endurance-building “Flat Roads” set to a high-energy playlist. Designed for everyone from beginners to seasoned veterans, this class will focus on building cardiovascular health and leg strength.
Zumba: is a high-energy, fun-filled fitness experience that blends upbeat music with easy-to-follow dance moves inspired by Latin and international rhythms. Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility into a dynamic, full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise.
12:00pm: Family HOUR!
Family Dance Party: (Taught by our Teens) Move, groove, and have fun together in this upbeat dance class led by the Teen Advisory Board! Participants will learn a short, simple jazz and hip-hop routine with multiple instructors offering variations for different skill levels, intensities, and mobility needs—including seated and wheelchair-friendly options. Families are encouraged to wear their own decorated tutus and enjoy a playful, energizing workout—no dance experience needed!
Family Water Polo: Love playing in the water and playing basketball or soccer. Let’s combine those sports for a fun, invigorating low-impact, highly-competitive water game of Water Polo! Learn how the game is played, get some coaching on strategies and techniques then play a quick game.
Teen Basketball – King of the Court: Quick games, big energy! Teams rotate in King of the Court–style play. Win to stay on, lose and rotate out. Bring your own team or we’ll assign you one.
1:30pm:
Pilates: Get ready to stretch, strengthen, and smile in this fun and energizing Pilates class! This class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture through controlled, low-impact movements—all set in a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for all fitness levels, the class blends classic Pilates exercises with playful flows and encouraging instruction to keep you moving and motivated. Whether you’re looking to tone muscles, increase body awareness, or simply enjoy a refreshing workout, this Pilates class offers a feel-good experience that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed. 💪✨
