This August at Stinson Park in Aksarben Village, Big Dreams invites Omaha families to come together for an unforgettable day of music, imagination, and community celebration.

Hosted by Connected Roots Care Center (CRCC), Big Dreams is a high-energy, family-friendly festival designed to spark creativity, inclusion, and connection for children of all abilities. The day begins with the Race for Big Dreams — a fun run/5K open to participants of all ages and abilities — before the festival comes alive with dynamic local and regional performers, national stage entertainment, interactive kids experiences, food trucks, vendors, and hands-on discovery throughout the Possibility Playground.

More than a festival, Big Dreams supports CRCC’s mission of providing inclusive education, therapeutic services, and life-changing care for nearly 600 children and families across our community.
