Developed and presented by CRCC’s experienced team of professionals, this series equips parents and caregivers with valuable insights on parenting, advocacy and child well-being. From understanding child behavior to driving meaningful change in our community, we bring relevant topics to families in a clear, accessible way. Join us as we grow together, strengthening families and creating a community where all children can thrive.

      • Better Nights, Brighter Days: Practical Sleep Support for Young Children is the first session in our Rooted in Resilience series. Led by Brett Kuhn, Ph.D., CBSM, DBSM from the Children’s Sleep Disorders Center–Omaha at MMI, this session will explore common sleep challenges in young children and practical strategies families can use to build healthy sleep routines. Learn simple, research-based approaches that can help children—and their caregivers—get the rest they need.
