Advanced Underwriting: Construction Sources and Bond Tests [VIRTUAL]

ANHD’s Affordable Housing Institute (AHI) is partnering with Strada Ventures LLC, a real estate consulting and development firm specializing in affordable housing, to offer a four-part advanced underwriting training series structured around three core components.

This course component provides an in-depth exploration of construction sources and bond tests (25% and 95-5), including how they interact and common issues to avoid. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of these tools, including their purpose, how they are generated, and their importance in affordable housing development.
