ANHD’s Affordable Housing Institute (AHI) is partnering with Strada Ventures LLC, a real estate consulting and development firm specializing in affordable housing, to offer a four-part advanced underwriting training series structured around three core components.
This two-part course focuses on cost certification, the 50% test, and the developer’s role in each process. Participants will learn best practices and apply their knowledge through an in-class case study analysis.
Part 1: October 7, 11am - 1pm
Part 2: October 13, 11am - 1pm
