Training Information:
This training walks participants through the basics of NYC’s new land use landscape, with a focus on recent changes to zoning rules and the public approval process. The session will highlight the types of projects that are impacted by these changes, who the key decision-makers are, and what these changes mean for affordable housing development and community advocacy. Participants will walk away with a clearer sense of how the landscape has changed and what the impacts might be citywide and in their community.
