Rejuvenate at Rushton with Kristin Page | April 24

Registration has ended

Friday, April 24
9:30 am - 2:30 pm

As winter gives way to spring, we are offered a natural moment to pause. The light changes. The air softens. What has been quiet begins to stir again. This seasonal shift invites reflection—on where we have been, what we are carrying, and what we are ready to bring forward.

This one-day retreat at the Rushton Conservation Center creates space to slow down and listen more closely. Through mindfulness, yoga, breath, stillness, reflection, and time in nature, we will reconnect with ourselves and with the steady rhythms that support clarity and resilience.

Guided by Kristin Page, you will be invited to step out of habitual busyness and into a more intentional way of being—one that honors stillness, awareness, and thoughtful movement forward.

Taking this time to pause and reset is not an escape from life, but a way of meeting it more fully. With greater presence, balance, and care—for yourself and for those around you.
