As needs change, we continue to adapt how we serve, guided by a simple belief: communities are stronger when everyone is represented, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Each year, Pathfinder supports more than 2,000 people across Northeast Indiana. Through early education, employment pathways, independent living support, and financial empowerment, we help individuals and families move beyond limitations and into opportunity.
Annual Celebration Sponsorships must be confirmed by March 31st, 2026.
Golf Outing and Turkey Trot Sponsorships must be confirmed by June 30th, 2026
