About This Event
The Spring 2026 HUB program is a one-day retreat-based experience for adult cancer survivors and thrivers. Designed as an essential space for reflection, recovery, and community building. The HUB brings people together in a welcoming environment where everyone affected by cancer feels seen, supported, and connected.
Each participant will have an opportunity to engage in topic based breakout sessions through out the day, specifically designed to support and empower each individual as they navigate their individual survivor journey. Here are a few wellness topics that you can look forward to:
- Yoga
- Journaling
- Nutrition
- Art Therapy
- Sound Bath
In addition to all the great activities, here are a few other important logistics and details to help you prepare for a great day of community building and learning:
- please arrive by 8:30am so that we are able to begin promptly at 8:45am
- breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided. (please advise us in advance of any dietary restrictions)
- please dress comfortably for activities that will include body movement. We also encourage you to bring a sweatshirt or sweater to layer if you tend to get cold.
- parking is free and there is plenty of it. If you are attending with friends and are able to carpool, we encourage you to do so. *If you are in need of transportation in order to attend, please contact us.
- all materials for each breakout session will be provided, all you need to bring with you is your energy and enthusiasm.
