Honoring Justin Hayashi, CEO & Founder, New Engen

Justin Hayashi founded New Engen, a Seattle-based digital marketing agency, and has grown it into a firm with over 450 employees. Under his leadership, New Engen has become known for accountable, measurable marketing and a commitment to scaling growth responsibly for its clients. Prior to founding New Engen, Justin led marketing analytics and media at Zulily, overseeing customer acquisition through the company's IPO and early growth.

Beyond the agency, Justin is deeply invested in creating opportunity for those facing systemic barriers. He previously served on the board of Transitional Resources, an organization providing housing, employment, and recovery support to low-income individuals living with mental illness. That same conviction—that everyone deserves a pathway forward—is what draws him to Smile Farms' mission. Justin is a committed supporter of Smile Farms, recognizing that meaningful change requires sustained investment and genuine partnership.
