A Table Host invites their friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues to sit at their table(s) at the Hand UP Orlando Luncheon, United Against Poverty's signature fundraising event. There is no obligation to donate. We have multiple ways to get involved and be an UP Orlando supporter! Our main goal is to invite new people to learn about our mission and our impact on the community.

After you register as a Table Host:

• We will provide you with the support and materials you need to invite your guests.
• Notify us as your guests confirm they'll be in attendance. We'll need their first and last name, email address, phone number, and whether they have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Keep a separate list of those unable to attend who have said they would like to learn more about United Against Poverty.
• Submit your final guest list 3 weeks before the event.

On the day of the luncheon:

• Arrive 30 minutes early to pick up your Table Host Packet and welcome your guests.
• Your Table Host Packet includes envelopes for each guest to fill out. This is their opportunity to donate or specify how they would like to get involved! You'll distribute the envelopes to your table when instructed during the event.
• Complete your own envelope then collect them from your guests.
• Return your Table Host Packet with the completed envelopes to the registration table before you leave.
