When it became clear that we could not hold our traditional major fundraiser in the form of an in-person Annual Dinner, we reflected on what our members and communities are really needing right now. Spiritual care is an increasingly important part of our mission during a season of uncertainty and suffering. In lieu of an Annual Dinner, we have gathered spiritual resources and videos to house what we are calling the "OCC Spiritual Toolkit," which can be used by groups or individuals for their own growth and well-being during this time. Rather than host a virtual “non-dinner,” we invite you to join us in feeding your heart and mind. We will have interfaith offerings, reflections from faith leaders, meditative practices, Ignatian spiritual practices, meditations and practices for children/teens, musical performances and MORE!
This toolkit will be beneficial for individuals and groups alike, and is something you can visit time and time again to gain what you need from its offerings. You will receive a link to access this "buffet" of spiritual nourishment beginning November 19, but we encourage you to return to it throughout the winter to bring a little light into a dark season. Registrants are also entered into a drawing for a variety of prizes generously donated by our partners.
