PMSF Donation Acknowledgment, Refund and Cancellation Policy: It is the policy of PMSF to acknowledge all donations regardless of amount. Please contact shira@pmsf.org if you do not receive an acknowledgment via post or email. If you have a problem with the online donation form, email shira@pmsf.org. Cancellations: Transactions may be canceled if PMSF is notified by email within 24 hours of the donation at shira@pmsf.org PMSF does not cancel or refund donations after 24 hours. Donor Information: PMSF collects the following donor information from online donations: Donor’s first name, last name and email. PMSF stores this information in a password protected donor database and uses the information to provide an acknowledgment of the donor’s contribution as well as to send information to the donor about various other fundraising campaigns and appeals. Donor information is not shared outside of PMSF.
