Early registration is a new benefit for our sponsors.
Registration for Foursomes and Individuals will open Tuesday, Monday, June 1.

Together, we are taking care of our community and ensuring the future of rural healthcare. 2026 Golf Outing proceeds will be used to seed the newly activated Foundation savings for an endowment and planning for areas of greatest need in the years to come.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels. Silent Auction and Raffle Items are greatly appreciated.
Golf Outing registration 9:45-10:45 AM; 11 AM Shotgun start.
Join us at 5 PM for our Prime Rib or Chicken Dinner.
