Presented by Breaking the Silence New Mexico

3rd annual Serve It Up for Life CRC Memorial Tennis Event

About This Event

The Serve It Up for Life CRC Memorial Tennis Tournament proudly raises funds for Breaking the Silence New Mexico, an organization dedicated to ending the stigma, shame, and secrecy surrounding mental illness, bullying, and suicide.

In 2026, proceeds will support the organization’s newly established Youth Advocacy Group (YAG) for teens ages 15–18, including funding educational scholarships for two graduating high school seniors, and evidence-informed programs that promote mental health education and awareness throughout New Mexico’s schools and communities

3rd  annual Serve It Up for Life CRC Memorial Tennis Event, which will be held on October 24th, 2026. 8:00 AM-6:00 PM.

Jerry Cline Tennis Complex in 7205 Constitiution Ave NE., Albuquerque NM.

Over the past two years (2024–2025), this event has raised $41,000, helping sustain vital programs and launch the Youth Advocacy Group.

Suicide is the third leading cause of death among 15-29 year olds.   In 2022, the most recent data available, NM had the 4th highest suicide rate (24.7 per 100,000 residents) in the United States.

As a donor, you will help empower the lives of teens, youth, and adults who are facing mental health challenges or are thinking of suicide.  Your sponsorship directly supports our research-based programs that promote mental health in schools and our NM communities.

For each $5,000 raised we are able to provide 40 sessions of two “Talking Mental Health” lessons to 20 classrooms—a minimum of 400 students!  $2500 sponsors 3 half-days of professional development for 25-50 staff each.  Our goal is to host presentations in all 33 counties of NM and with your help we can accomplish this task.

Breaking the Silence New Mexico (BTSNM) is a New Mexico-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; EIN# 45-4188899
