As many of you know, Amy and Ben—along with several of their family members—are living with Alport syndrome, a rare inherited kidney disease. Currently, there are no FDA-approved medications specifically for Alport syndrome, and there is no cure. Our hope is that through this fundraiser, we can raise awareness, support critical research, and help move the needle toward better treatments and, one day, a cure.
