Asmaa Albadawi is the founder of Reach & Teach Instructional Coaching, supporting Islamic schools and Muslim educators with practical, faith-based professional development. A product of Islamic schooling herself, she is deeply passionate about Islamic education and committed to supporting the teachers and schools serving Muslim students.With 20 years of combined experience in Islamic school teaching, instructional coaching, and higher education faculty development, she holds a Master’s in Teaching, a Graduate Certificate in Teacher Leadership & Coaching, dual teaching certifications in Science and English Language Arts, and a Certificate in Islamic School Teaching. She developed Through her work, she also developed The FITRAH Framework, her signature proactive classroom management system for Islamic schools. She also serves as Curriculum Editor at Yaqeen Institute, developing Islamic studies curricula for Muslim students.
