Join Desert Foothills Land Trust staff and conservation field professionals for a unique, on-the-land learning opportunity.
From Black Mountain to Skull Mesa, the mountains surrounding our area help provide a clue to the past. Steve Jones and Kathy Pedrick will guide us in uncovering our past. We'll start with a classroom session at the Desert Foothills Land Trust Office, then carpool to the Caroline Bartol Preserve at Saguaro Hill, to learn in the field.
Attendees will be provided digital copies of all material covered and a field notebook.
