My connection to VVF comes from witnessing firsthand how this organization motivates and gives hope to those working to regain mobility and independence. My mission is to pay it forward for all those in need of support, and I challenge you to do the same. Having personally suffered a spinal cord injury, I am committed to giving back and spreading awareness to become a Captain Of Hope. I ask everyone to reflect on the simple act of standing and walking on your own two feet. Imagine losing the ability to walk or use your limbs—your life is instantly changed, and your goals and dreams seem to vanish. Think about that!

Seven years ago when VVF opened their doors 48% of their recipients were not injured or diagnosed at that time.

Did you know that a new spinal cord injury occurs every 48 minutes in the US?

The need is growing every day.

Help VVF prepare for the next 7 years and beyond.
