The spending of funds by BethanyKids is confined to programs and projects approved by BethanyKids.  Any restricted donation designated by the donor toward an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot reasonably be completed as determined by BethanyKids, the remaining restricted contribution designated for such a program or project will be used where most appropriate.
