A Thanksgiving Celebration at NFAC: Art, Film, and Community!

This Thanksgiving we’re excited to come together and celebrate the community that has supported us and made our dreams possible. Join us at the North Fork Arts Center on November 30th for a special day of film, art, and community—celebrating the spirit of giving and the power of the arts to unite us all.

We’ll begin this FREE event with a 1pm screening of the classic film Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, a heartwarming and hilarious reminder of the importance of connection. Afterward, enjoy a unique art show starting at 3pm co-curated by six local galleries—Alex Ferrone Gallery, North Fork Art Collective, North Fork Contemporary, VSOP Projects, VEME Studios, and William Ris Gallery—featuring works inspired by Thanksgiving journeys and the holiday spirit. The evening will also include a wine reception, where Executive Director Tony Spiridakis will share updates on NFAC's journey and plans for 2025.

This event is FREE and open to all members of the community, as a token of our gratitude. It’s the perfect opportunity to reflect on our shared accomplishments and look forward to the bright future ahead for NFAC. We invite you to join us for this celebration of art, film, and togetherness.
