Welcome to the Young Friends Overnight at the 23rd Annual Peace Fair! Join us for fun and fellowship with other Young Friends, and the opportunity to get some service hours in for school!
Young Friends will arrive in the morning at 8:00 AM on Saturday, September 30th and serve as stagehands for the Peace Fair, helping with set-up, tasks during the fair, and clean-up. We'll help vendors get unloaded and set up before the start of the Fair. During the hours of the Fair, Young Friends will do a variety of tasks, including running kids’ games and helping with food preparation and service. At the close of the Fair, Young Friends will help vendors pack tables and tents away. Young Friends will receive a food coupon for lunch at the fair, as well as $10 in spending money.
Following the clean-up of the Fair, Young Friends will gather for a pizza party and overnight at Buckingham Meeting. We'll sleep in a large room at the Meeting, and share in community building, conversation, worship, and fun!
The overnight will end on Sunday morning, October 1st, at 11:30 AM, following Meeting for Worship with Buckingham Friends.

Please don’t let finances keep you away! The cost is $30 per Young Friend. If you are unable to pay the full cost and still want to attend, please see scholarship information on the registration page.
NOTE: All Young Friends must have on file with Youth Programs staff the PYM Medical/Permission form for 2023-24 and the Young Friends Guidelines Affirmation. (The Guidelines Affirmation requires youth and guardian signatures before the young person participates in a Young Friends event. This form does not need to be renewed annually or otherwise.)
