Policies
Staff Ratio
Our staff to participant ratio for adult social programs is typically 1:4 or 5. We do offer 1:1 staffing for an additional fee. If this is something you need, you can select the option on your registration form.
Refunds
Refunds are not available on programs under $20 or those which require pre-purchased tickets.
For all other programs, refund requests must be made 72 hours prior to the program. Credit card and service fees are not refundable.
If the weather is not cooperating, Keshet will do everything possible to reschedule the event for another date. If an event has to be cancelled, a refund (less processing and service fees) will be issued.
Health & Safety COVID Vaccines are required for all Adult Summer Lineup participants and staff.
